#EssentialCockail => Rhubarb Infused Gin and Tonic
I find it absolutely essential for a cocktail to be beautiful. And this one is absolutely gorgeous on top of being delicious.

Method:
Chop your rhubarb in small pieces and add to a glass container with lid.
Pour the gin on top and keep in the dark for 24 to 48 hours until the mixture has become bright red. I would recommend...
#EssentialCockail => French Kir Royal
This is one of my favorite apéritif. Perfect while prepping supper.
Here is my perfect ratio of a French Kir Royale. You will notice that I use much less Chambord than other recipes out there. I think the champagne flavor gets loss when too much is used, and what a shame that is!

Ingredients:
1 tsp Chambord
Champagne
Method:
Add the Chambord to a flute.
Then add...
#EssentialCocktail => Piña Colada

Ingredients:
-5 oz light rum
-1 cup fresh pineapple
-1/2 cup coconut milk
2 Tbsp shredded coconut
-3 cups ice cubes
-Coconut sugar
Method:
-Place all the ingredients in the blender except the coconut sugar.
-Blend on maximum for about 45 seconds.
-Taste and add...
