Baked eggs are a perfect weekend recipe, especially on a chilly day.
Turn your oven to 350 degrees.
Take a small oven safe dish and place a teaspoon of butter in the bottom.
Line the edges of the dish with some finely sliced prosciutto or your favorite chacuterie.
Add other fresh ingredients to the bottom of the dish, garlic, shallots, spinach anything you have around.
Crack a couple of eggs and top with cheese.
Bake for 15 min turning every 3 min a quarter turn or until desired firmness of eggs are reached.
Serve with a small salad of fresh greens.
