Ingredients:

-2 cups chicken stock

-1 onion

-1 clove garlic

-1 peeled potato

-1 head cauliflower

-Jonny Hetherington Essentials Beet Habanero Hot Sauce

-2 Tbsp butter

-2 Tbsp olive oil

-Sea salt and black pepper to taste
