I absolutely love skewers! When I was a kid, my family would only go to restaurants for very special occasions. My mom and I would always order two different skewers and share.

A fresh caesar salad with homemade dressing is something we crave often. There's simply nothing quite like it!

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 

-2 egg yolks 

-Freshly squeezed juice of one lemon 

-1 anchovy

-2 garlic cloves 

-Sea salt to taste and black pepper to taste
