Crispy Cauliflower Tostadas with Chipotle Cashew Crema

Crispy, smoky cauliflower ingredients:

-1 large head of cauliflower or two smaller ones

-1 cup of almond milk

-1 Tbsp lemon juice

-1 Tbsp onion powder
